1. Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing. The following cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your notice:

2. Cancellation by Trekking Top Nepal
We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. In such cases we offer a full refund of all payments made to us.
3. Postponement Policy
If you wish to postpone your trip, you must notify us at least 30 days before departure in writing. There is no charge for postponing, and your deposit will be transferred to your new trek date.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
