General Info
Essential Details for Your Expedition
01Visa & Documentation
All foreign nationals (except Indians) require a visa to enter Nepal. Visas can be obtained on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport or at various land entry points. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned date of exit.
02Insurance Requirements
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our expeditions. Your policy must specifically cover high-altitude trekking (up to 6,000m), emergency medical evacuation by helicopter, and trip cancellation.
03Health & Fitness
Our treks vary in technical difficulty. We recommend a consultation with your doctor before booking a high-altitude expedition. A personalized training regimen focusing on cardiovascular endurance and strength is highly recommended for all participants.
04Equipment Advice
While we provide essential community gear (tents, kitchen equipment, medical kits), personal equipment like trekking boots, sleeping bags, and technical clothing are the responsibility of the participant. Detailed kit lists are provided upon booking.
